OWP
series dust and chip collectors are overpressure equipment for
collecting local small chips and dust creating during, among others,
technological processing of wood, leather, fabrics, plastics, and
similar material. A single common cabinet contains a
transportation fan, simplified cyclone and dust extractor. The cabinet
is mounted on a mobile platform facilitating relocation of the
extractor.
The electric motor may operate with a
roll situated either up or down depending on the required placement of
the vacuum hose. The standard dust collectors are fitted with bag
filters made of technical cotton. At individual request may be also
fitted with a polyester cloth including anti-electrostatic. Bag filters
are used in filtering small chips. For dust filtration cartridge
filters with an expanded filtration surface are applied. We offer bag
filters of various height (length). Various suitably selected
filtration materials are selected for different applications.

The
dust extractor are used for filtering small chips and dry dust
particles exclusively, designated to operate inside premises within a
range of existing temperatures and humidity levels inside them.
The OWP series collectors are dedicated to work with a single
processing machine-tool and should be installed within its direct
vicinity. With the aid of various types of distributors with sliding
doors a larger number of processing machines can be connected only when
the total air need does not exceed the output of the extractor at its
work station or when the connected processing machines are not
operating simultaneously. In order to connect the extractor with a
machine tool we offer steel spring reinforced polyurethane flexible
hoses or a system of steel pipes, elbow connections and sheet metal
galvanized steel profile fittings. The collectors are fitted
exclusively with cut-off switch secured triple-phase motors. Power
cables are not included with the supplied dust extractor. Equipment is
packed in special boxes for shipping safety. The manufacturer covers
the cost of shipment within Poland (on jointly agreed terms).
Application of the OWP series for the extraction of small chips and
dust allows to conduct modern technological processes, improves
occupational safety and hygiene, and lowers fire hazard. |
