DUST AND SMALL CHIPS COLLECTING PNEUMATIC SYSTEM with OW series collectors

Dust and small chips collecting pneumatic system with OW series collectors, produced by “AEROTECH”, enables to create extraction system with high flow, simultaneously using collectors with low individual flow. Locating collectors directly over machine tools they cooperate with is favorable, because it does not limit production area; different location of collectors (on our own supporting constructions), close to machine tools is of course also possible as well as pneumatic collection of waste.

Vent of collector’s draft is connected with machine tools through a network of steel pipes or rubber hoses. Collected waste, thanks to proper shape of the bottom of collector, can be easily shifted to outlet confusor, where it is carried by transporting collectors with the aid of other, additional vent, to outlying containers or bulk collectors.

Inside, remains approximately 80% of air (filtered and heated) extracted from machine tools. Collection of waste is conducted in a continuous manner and does not require manual operation.
