Safety plates

Application: As surfaces serving to decrease the force of an explosion.
Used in collectors, steel and brick waste containers (over the upper level of storage), channels where purified air returns to the hall.
Safety plates decrease the effects of a destructive force of an explosion which damages equipment and ductwork. They enable to foresee the direction of the impact wave and flames.

Standard parameters for safety plates:
Standard active size of the plates 600X600mm.
Outer size (with 25mm frame) 650x650mm.
Effective surfaces serving to decrease the force of an explosion 0,36 m2.
Fastening to the structure of equipment, containers and channels – with bolts to a frame
Bursting pressure Pstat, at temp. 20oC = 0,1 bar.
Minimum bursting pressure =0,09 bar
Maximum bursting pressure =0,11 bar
Endurance for underpressure = 50mbar =5000 P
