Overpressure bag dust extractors with housings BOWW-45 series, serve the collection of chips and dusts coming from technological processing of wood, leather, fibers, plastics, and similar materials generating dry  and non-hygroscopic chips. The chosen model of the extractor can   work with one  workstation or - using the pipeline -  with many workstations. Dust extractors BOWW-45 series  are made of zinced sheet and are designed to work outside the  production halls.
Dust extractors BOWW-45 series are equipped with filters made of needlefelt polyester standard or antistatic as well as        (for special orders) of many other materials suitable for the kind of extracted dust.  To make the extractor work most efficiently  it is required to clean the filters properly.  Cartridge and bag filters should be regularly cleaned by the shaker mechanical cleaning mechanism.
BOWW-45  series dust extractors, as overpressure devices, should cooperate with transportation fans.
It is recommended to place the extractor directly next to the production hall – – it will facilitate to service the machine
 ( empting waste material bags)  –  and it will enable the return of the warm air to the room, minimizing the lost of heat. In case of re-circulation of technological air it is important to use room ventilation, to provide it with fresh air.
The modular design of the extractors enables development of the machine in line L  (see the drawing). The modules of the extractor’s housing are made of zinced sheet. Single module contains 45 bag filters, diameter 220 mm.  Single modules of the  housing are fixed by screws.
