Overpressure
dust collectors OW series , with bag or cartridge filters , are
suitable for extraction of dust and chips from technological processing
of wood, leather, fibers, plastic and similar materials
generating dry and non-hygroscopic chips.
They are suitable for central extraction from multiple workstations or single workstation generating large volume of dust.
The collectors are designed to remove dry chips and dust, and they are
suitable for work inside production halls in range of respective
temperatures and humidity.
The modular design of the collectors enables to use the most suitable and efficient size of the device.
Dust collectors OW series can be equipped with various types of filters to meet all demands :
- bag filters made of polyester or antistatic polyester as well as technical cotton and many other material
- bag
filters of sizes made according to individual needs, including
filters with special stiffening baskets, made of various materials too.
- Cartridge filters recommended for extraction of small dust and chips, made usually of antistatic polyester.

Each
set of the collectors is equipped with due amount of steel
bands fixing filter and waste bags as well as double set of foil
waste material bags. As an option customer may choose
canvas bags for waste material. For special order the extractor
may be equipped with wheels which enables to move the collectors easily.
Apart from dust collectors OW series with standard equipment we offer special versions :
Version "P"-
pneumatic collection. In this option the collection of dust and chips
is made with additional fan with effective air-flow of the main fan -
20%. Warm air, after extraction is re-circulated to the
production room ( about 80% of air ) and the rest of the air is used to
pneumatic transportation of waste material to the destination point.
This version of the collector characterizes flat
bottom and specially shaped offtake confusor.
Version "M"-
mechanical collection. In this option the dust collectors
are equipped with internal screw conveyor cooperating with rotary
valve . This devices transport outside the waste material generated in
the collector, dust-freely.
For dust collectors
OW-5 and OW-6 there is a possibility of cooperation with two fans
connected to the extractor's housing from both opposite sides. In such
case it is necessary to use bigger valves. This connection mode
is particularly useful during development of the smaller collector into
bigger one.
The OW series dust extractors increases work safety
in the work stations and decreases fire danger. |
