DUST COLLECTORS SERIES ONP

Low-pressure, pulsation, cartridge dust collectors with internal cyclone series ONP are dedicated to collection of dusts and dry chips from air and other gases. They may be used in all industry branches. In special types the ONP series dust collectors may be used to collect dusts that create explosive mixtures with the air. They are available in types dedicated to gases of temperatures up to 250 C. We can deliver dust collectors equipped with heat insulating cabinets made to order. Each dust collector may be furnished with a set of platforms, barriers, ladders – to adapt it to any site conditions. In individual cases the dust collector sizes may be altered.
These dust collectors are dedicated to work both inside and outside rooms.
Thanks to filtration cartridges used in ONP series dust collectors one obtained relatively large surface of filtration material in relation to small sizes of the whole unit.
Dust collector cabinet together with chute funnel is placed on a stable supporting structure. The whole device is painted with anti-corrosive paint for external application. For dusts creating explosive mixtures with the air the dust collectors are equipped with decompression holes as well as with fire protection water installations. For such cases we use anti-electrostatic filtration materials.

The ONP series dust collectors are equipped with automatic system of filtration cartridges regeneration by means of compressed air impulses. Regeneration process is thus provided during normal work of the dust collector.
Main ventilators collaborating with dust collectors work outside filtration unit on the side of clean air. These fans may be furnished with control systems for regulating air outlays, as well as with noise reduction units, vibration compensating units, amortization frames, soundproof walls, air ejectors, etc.
Applied filtration inserts provide high efficiency of cleaning and enables, in most cases, re-circulation of warm air into the production halls. For this reason ONP series dust collectors are commonly used in places where traditional methods of dust collecting do not provide air re-circulation as well as heat recovery.

ONP series dust collectors deprived of supporting construction and chute funnel are suitable to be used in existing containers, silos, and bunkers.
