Low-pressure,
pulsation, cartridge dust collectors with internal cyclone series WIT
are dedicated to collection of dusts and dry chips from air and other
gases. They may be used in all industry branches. In special types the
WIT series dust collectors may be used to collect dusts that create
explosive mixtures with the air. They are available in types dedicated
to gases of temperatures up to 250 C. The dust collectors made of
stainless steel or aluminum are used for special purposes. We can
deliver dust collectors equipped with heat insulating cabinets made to
order. Each dust collector may be furnished with a set of platforms,
barriers, ladders – to adapt it to any site conditions.
These dust collectors are dedicated to work both inside and outside rooms.
Thanks to filtration cartridges used in WIT series dust collectors one
obtained relatively large surface of filtration material in relation to
small sizes of the whole unit. Thanks to that the dust collectors of
above mentioned series may be applied in places with limited available
area or with special requirements regarding compact construction of the
dust collectors (for instance: planned alteration of localization).
Thanks to the compact design these duct collectors may be transported
completely assembled and place them onto properly prepared basis
directly from any mean of transportation.

For
dusts creating explosive mixtures with the air the dust collectors are
equipped with decompression holes as well as with fire protection water
installations. For such cases we use anti-electrostatic filtration
materials.
Two-stage filtration system – cyclone and
filtration cartridges – provides high efficiency of cleaning and
enables, in most cases, re-circulation of warm air into the production
halls. The WIT series dust collectors are equipped with automatic
system of filtration cartridges regeneration by means of compressed air
impulses. Regeneration process is thus provided during normal work of
the dust collector.
Main ventilators collaborating with dust
collectors work outside filtration unit on the side of clean air. These
fans may be furnished with control systems for regulating air outlays,
as well as with noise reduction units, vibration compensating units,
amortization frames, soundproof walls, air ejectors, etc.
WIT series dust collectors deprived of supporting construction and
chute funnel are suitable to be used in existing containers, silos, and
bunkers. |
